"My friend up north just contacted me again." Jason had a bright, hopeful light burning in his eyes. His tone had a hint of relief and eagerness in it.
I waited for Jason to continue with bated breath. We were standing in his office, once again. Waiting, trying to figure out a way to save Emma.
She's been missing for weeks now. We've looked everywhere, and we've come up with nothing more than the possibility that my father might have taken her up north, according to the last Rogue we took down.
We hunted down as many of the Rogues and Lycans that attacked the compound as we could find. The rest of them are still on the run and have probably gone into hiding.
